This Action is Irreversible
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including your profile, messages, listings, connections, and activity history. This action cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, bio, photos, interests)
- All messages and chat history
- Your PG/mess listings and bookings
- Event participation and RSVPs
- Your connections and matches
- Account settings and preferences
- Activity history and logs
What We Retain
Even after account deletion, we may retain certain information:
- •Records required for legal compliance (for a limited period)
- •Aggregated, anonymized data for analytics (not personally identifiable)
- •Content you posted that other users have saved or shared
Deletion Timeline
Immediate
Your account becomes inaccessible. Other users can no longer see your profile or content.
30 Days
A 30-day grace period allows you to cancel the deletion if you change your mind.
Permanent
After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems.
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, you can:
- Via App Settings: Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Via Email: Send a deletion request from your registered email
Important Note
Before deleting your account, please:
- • Download any data or content you wish to keep
- • Complete or cancel any pending transactions
- • Inform your connections about your departure
