By using Humble, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms include important limitations of our liability and provisions that protect us as a platform. If you do not agree, do not use Humble.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Humble, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. These agreements constitute a legally binding contract between you and Humble (operated by Enally.in).
2. No Compensation — Use At Your Own Risk
Humble and Enally.in will NOT pay any compensation for any losses.
You use Humble entirely at your own risk. We will not pay any money, rupees, compensation, damages, or reimbursement for any losses, damages, harm, theft, or any negative outcome that may occur from using our platform, meeting other users, or sharing content.
Specifically, Humble and Enally.in will NOT pay for:
- Personal injuries or medical expenses from meetings with other users
- Stolen or damaged property from meetups
- Financial losses or scams by other users
- Emotional distress or mental health issues
- Lost wages or missed opportunities
- Legal fees or court costs
- Any other damages, direct or indirect
By using Humble, you acknowledge that you assume all risks and waive any right to seek compensation from Humble or Enally.in for any reason.
3. Eligibility — 18+ ONLY
You must be at least 18 years old to use Humble.
By using Humble, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are currently enrolled in a recognized college or university
- You have the capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You are not prohibited by law from using our services
- You have not been convicted of any sexual offense
- You are not registered as a sex offender in any jurisdiction
We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements without notice.
4. User Verification
Humble requires student verification to maintain platform integrity:
- You must provide valid student identification during signup
- Your account may be suspended pending verification
- False information will result in immediate account termination
- We reserve the right to re-verify users at any time
5. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You are strictly prohibited from:
ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED:
- Sharing nude, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
- Sharing intimate images without consent (revenge porn)
- Soliciting sexual services or prostitution
- Harassment, stalking, or threatening behavior
- Hate speech, discrimination, or promoting violence
- Impersonation or fake profiles
- Commercial spam or unauthorized advertising
- Sharing personal information of others (doxxing)
- Illegal activities or promoting illegal acts
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
6. Platform Liability Disclaimer — READ THIS CAREFULLY
⚠️ IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMER
HUMBLE IS A PLATFORM THAT CONNECTS USERS. WE DO NOT CONTROL USER BEHAVIOR.
- Content Moderation Limitations: While we use automated systems and human review, we cannot monitor all content in real-time. Harmful content may be posted before we can remove it.
- No Background Checks: We verify student status but do not conduct criminal background checks. Meeting people from the internet carries inherent risks.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
- Meeting Safety: We strongly discourage meeting strangers in private locations. Always meet in public places and inform friends of your whereabouts.
7. Content You Post — Your Responsibility
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT YOU SHARE
By posting content on Humble, you understand and agree that:
- Once shared, content can be saved, screenshotted, or redistributed by other users
- We cannot prevent other users from saving content you share in private messages
- Deleted content may remain in backups or other users' devices
- You bear all legal and personal consequences of content you post
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Humble a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability — IMPORTANT
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Humble is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for: User conduct, content posted by users, offline meetings, data breaches beyond our reasonable control, or any damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Maximum liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
- No liability for user content: We are not responsible for defamatory, offensive, or illegal content posted by users. Report such content immediately.
- No liability for leaked content: If personal images, nudes, or sensitive content you share on Humble are leaked, distributed, or misused by other users, we are not responsible. You share such content entirely at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humble, its parent company Enally.in, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Content you post or share
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your interactions with other users
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of our Community Guidelines
- Posting prohibited content
- Harassment or abuse of other users
- Creating fake or impersonation accounts
- Being under 18 years of age
- Any behavior we deem harmful to the community
Upon termination, your right to use Humble ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Patna, Bihar, India.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of Humble after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
